2. Purpose of consultancy
Fournir un appui aux Chefs d’équipes et aux membres du personnel du sous bureau afin de leur permettre d’exercer pleinement leurs responsabilités ; garantir la conformité aux politiques, procédures, règles et règlements de l’OMS dans toutes les transactions ou pour toutes les questions administratives liées aux nouvelles technologies de l’information et des communications dans le contexte du plan opérationnel du sous bureau.

Selon les procédures et pratiques établies, le/la titulaire du poste accomplit ses tâches sous une étroite supervision, reçoit les instructions et gère son travail quotidien et en consultation avec son supérieur hiérarchique. L’orientation générale est donnée par le supérieur hiérarchique, par d’autres membres du personnel professionnel ou par les objectifs et instructions à caractère général relatives à l’allocation des ressources ou aux besoins et priorités de l’équipe ou programmes.

Educational Qualifications:
Essential :
Cycle secondaire complet, suivi des études techniques ou universitaires dans le domaine des systèmes informatiques ou de technologies de l’information
Desirable:
Un diplôme de premier cycle en informatique, télécommunications ou dans un domaine connexe serait un Atout.
Expérience :
Essential :
• Avoirs au moins 8 ans d’expériences cumulatives dans l’appuis des utilisateurs
• Avoir une expérience des gestions de systèmes NTIC en général et dans les situations des urgences en particulier
Desirable: Avoir une expérience dans le domaine VOIP, les réseaux de partage des ressources Internet et autres de terrain.
Skills/Knowledge:

•Bonne connaissance d’installation et maintenance des systèmes VSAT
• Bonne connaissance des réseaux TCP/IP, Windows 10 Professionnel et inferieur, Windows Serveur 2012/2016, Microsoft Active Diretory.
• Bonne connaissance de configuration des clients de messagerie Outlook 2016 et Office 365
• Bonne connaissance de la sécurité informatique (Cybersécurité) : Par Feu, Antivirus, Antispam…
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes de partage/sauvegarde des données sur site et dans le nuage.
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes de gestion des bases de données en situation d’urgence.
• Bonne connaissance dans l’administration des système NTIC en situation d’urgence.
• Bonne capacité de détecter et résoudre les problèmes NTIC en situation d’urgence.
• Bonne connaissance d’appui aux utilisateurs en situation d’urgence
