Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Business PMO Team. You will be responsible for understanding and driving change within the business. You will work with the Solution Architects to transform requirements into world-class innovative
solutions, keeping DPD at the leading edge of the next-day delivery market. You will report to the Portfolio Manager of the business PMO team.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Working with the business sponsors and key stakeholders to understand the need for change
  • Conducting analysis to determine the root cause and impact of change
  • Leading workshops and meetings to gather, shape and challenge business requirements to allow the development of effective
  • solutions
  • Process mapping current and proposed solutions
  • Presenting documented information to key project stakeholders
  • Collaborating internally within the IT teams to create world-class designs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, previous business analyst experience would be desirable along with needing to:

  • Have great listening skills with a methodical approach to work
  • Be a critical thinker with proven analytical skills
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to present at all levels
  • Have excellent organisational and negotiation skills with keen attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated, flexible and proactive, working well both individually and as part of a team
  • Display a professional attitude to work
