IT Business Analyst – System Transformation – Near Mansfield/FlexibleUp to 50k plus benefits – 2/3 days in the office expected – Office located near Mansfield/Chesterfield/BelperIT Business Analyst required for an organisation progressing through a large scale system transformation programme! Fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at a time when the organisation is investing heavily in it’s systems and software. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst that is looking for a role with variety & challenge.Previous experience working in a fast-paced Business Analysis role, preferably with experience managing internal systems implementations and/or ERP. Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to manage internal & external resources would be desirable.Role overview:

• Ensure project requirements (IT & Change) meet the business requirements and IT requirements are gathered, utilising a variety of methods; workshops etc.
• Work with internal stakeholders to scope the deliverables, whilst managing business expectations in the projects & proposals.
• Be proactive in ensuring that IT project costs are appropriate for the business and are covered in line with budget.
• Reporting to business leaders & internal stakeholders on progress
• Work with external vendors and 3rd parties in establishing project scope/user requirements in line with the systems ability.
