IT Consultant (SAP HR), Communications and Information Technology – 1 Year Contract

This role will support the implementation of the SAP HR system.
Key Responsibilities
Build effective working relationship with the business; understand HR business processes.
Manage the day-to-day activities (Incidents, Bug Fixes, SP Upgrade and Problem Management) in the SAP ECC 6.0 HR modules, primarily Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Performance Management, Training Event Management and Payroll.
Analyse business requirements and propose solution to the enhancements in SAP HCM. Make appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions.
Perform impact analysis on the existing functionalities due to the new enhancement and document the same and get approval from business.
Plan, develop, conduct, and test enhancement in the areas of SAP HCM area & conduct end user training for the above developments.
Completes development/support activities by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations.
Partnering with other functional and technical team members to implement quality solutions as well as identify and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline
Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing SAP ECC 6.0 HR implementation and support experience
Strong expertise in SAP configuration and knowledgeable in business processes (industry best practices)
Experience with ABAP and Workflow
Excellent oral, written communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as an excellent team player
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, preferably UiPath, is a plus.
Experience in SuccessFactor is an advantage
