Apply today!What you will be doingKey Tasks • Application development in JDA Dispatcher, Siebel, Navision, and Liaison Delta/ECS. • Developing software solutions using PHP, Java, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL • Developing database solutions using MSSQL, MySQL, PSQL and Oracle. • Providing support on internal and client projects • Setting up customer EDI integrations • Developing reporting solutions • Producing and maintaining strict change control • Producing and maintaining IT documentation • Testing system changes • Providing technical support to users • Working with the IT leadership team on the IT Strategy. • Supporting issues related to JDA Dispatcher, Siebel, Navision, and Liaison Delta/ECS • Effectively managing issues in a time manner according to agreed target SLAs • To update tickets effectively and accurately as the request or issue is progressed • Providing knowledge transfer and training to IT Support function where appropriate • Ensure compliancy with the SOPs training requirements at Alloga UK • Ensure the Development Kanban board is updated as appropriate • Where required provide assistance to IT Support on answering telephone calls from clients and customers • With support, drive forward your personal development • Ticket quality must remain high, making it easy for the customer, and colleagues to understand and follow up • Provide regular updates to customers regarding their tickets • Ensure all development projects have adequate documentation and provide training to colleagues to ensure the supportability of the platform following handover to support • Identity improvements of the software platform where appropriate to avoid problems and incidents. • Follow agile software development frameworks • To provide second line support on the bespoke Alloga developments • To ensure that all direct reports adhere to the Company Health & Safety policies/standards at all times • To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the HS&E Manager • To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions • To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by ManagementWhat your background should look likeWhat Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
