• Managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers
• Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained

Your Background – IT Field Service Engineer, Medical PACS SystemsTo be considered for this role you should have:

• A strong background in an IT field service engineer, IT database administration or IT technical support role
• Experience of one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, SQL, DICOM, HL7, server support, advanced technologies and front and back end support.
