IT Field Support Engineer needed to support 14 depot sites spread across the Midlands + Southern region including: Northampton, Coventry, Derby, Cambridge + Reading.3 days/week travelling to various sites, 1 day working remotely (WFH) and 1 day working from the HQ based near Derby.A chance to join an established and expanding business with a proven track record in their industry. Start ideally by June/July 2024.Key skills, experience + duties include:

• Must have proven IT field service experience + be willing to travel regularly to support sites in the Midlands/Southern region.
• Regular on site visits, resolving break/fix issues, setting up new equipment + IT project work.
• 2nd line technical support, installation, trouble-shooting, diagnosis, repair, testing + maintenance.
• Broad technical support background + the ability to work effectively unsupervised.
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
