IT Infrastructure Support Team Leader needed for a permanent position based in Malton (N Yorkshire), with regular travel to another key site in Grimsby twice a week.A chance to join an established global business as a ‘hands on’ technical Team Leader. Providing day-to-day support for critical IT Infrastructure & Operations.Key skills, experience + tasks would include:

• Responsible for IT infrastructure & Operations including: leading a team, 3rd line support, trouble-shooting, issue resolution + IT implementation / deployment projects.
• Managing regular IT infrastructure tasks including: daily system checks, licencing + cyber security checks.
• Building strong working relationships with team members, key stakeholders + 3rd party IT support partners.
• Technical Environment: Windows Server, Virtualisation, Data Centres, Networks, IT Infrastructure, IT Systems, Wi-Fi, O365.
• Delivering IT Infrastructure services to agreed SLAs + working as part of an on-call shift rota (1 week in 6).
• Salary/Benefits: to £45k Base (DOE) + 25 days holiday (plus BHs) + On-Call Allowance (£3,000) + Pension + Life Insurance + More.
