Introduction

KOHRW implements a comprehensive protection program for refugees in partnership with UNHCR through the Community Service Center (CSC) in Kirkuk. The CSC serves as a dedicated space to provide critical protection services, including legal aid, case management, psychosocial support, and awareness sessions to refugees. This program aims to address the needs of refugees ensuring a safe and supportive environment while promoting social cohesion and protection for the most vulnerable populations.

The CSC’s goals include:

1. Providing structured case management for survivors of violence and children at risk.
2. Ensuring access to legal aid and rights-based protection services.
3. Promoting awareness on available services and rights through community engagement.
4. Offering technical support to strengthen local capacities and service delivery.

IT Officer (Part-Time)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the installation and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Ensure data security and backup systems are operational.
• Manage the CSC’s internet connectivity and ensure smooth functioning.
• Train staff on IT systems and tools as needed.

• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and recommend upgrades when required.
