MSF ou Médecins Sans Frontières est une organisation humanitaire internationale qui apporte une aide médicale d’urgence à des populations confrontées à des crises menaçant leur survie, et ce, depuis bientôt cinquante ans. D’ailleurs Médecins Sans Frontières a reçu le prix Nobel de la Paix en 1999. Zones de conflits armés, épidémies, pandémies, catastrophes naturelles ou accès limité aux soins de santé, voici nos terrains d’intervention. Toutes ces situations nécessitent des ressources médicales et logistiques adaptées dont les autorités sanitaires et les ministères de la Santé ne disposent pas, ou pas en nombre suffisant, c’est pourquoi une assistance médicale internationale est essentielle aux populations.
Si vous avez entendu parler des actions humanitaires MSF, c’est parce que MSF prend la parole publiquement pour tenter de faire sortir une crise de l’oubli, alerter l’opinion sur des exactions commises loin des caméras, critiquer les insuffisances du système de l’aide, ou lorsque l’assistance est détournée de son objectif premier pour servir des intérêts politiques.
Réunies autour d’une même charte, les équipes de MSF sont composées de personnel médical, logistique et administratif venant de tous les continents. Volontaires internationaux ou employés localement, ces équipes apportent leurs secours dans le respect des principes de l’action humanitaire et de l’éthique médicale.

Context & Mission
Médecins Sans Frontières is an independent, international medical and humanitarian organization that provides care to people in need, people affected by natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and without regard to race, religion, creed or political affiliation (MSF Charter).
MSF has grown significantly in the last decade. The HR department has managed this expansion with ad-hoc tools. To better support ongoing demands and the global workforce, OCG has launched an HR transformation initiative, including implementing a proper HR Information System.
The resulting program will span several years, with incremental rollouts to different populations within MSF Switzerland, covering various modules across the employee lifecycle.
Are you a seasoned IT project manager, great at organizing multiple workstreams, and planning a complex project? Do you have a talent for bringing teams together and getting them to deliver on a unified objective: delivering a new world-class HR tool? Do you have both solid influencing skills and the ability to translate business needs into requirements? Are you experienced with rapid prototyping to iteratively configure and build the new system?
This position reports to the Program Manager, HR Information Systems.
Responsibilities
Description of Activities
· Lead the IT side of the HRIS project and team. Modules include: Career Management, Learning & Development, and HR Data Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and Termination processes
· Along with the project team, influence the digital innovation in HR processes, implementing solutions to enhance global HRIS.
· Lead the overall project, alongside the HR business lead, responsible for overall planning, project organization, coordination of activities, especially on the IT side.
· Ensure quality and timely engagement from the vendor-partner selected to provide technical and software expertise.
· Work closely with the data architect and their team to ensure the data strategy, catalogue, and migration meet the business needs.
· Be accountable for usual project management activities.
· Collaborate with the project management office for seamless integration and alignment with the organization’s portfolio management.
· Escalate issues, offer solutions in a timely basis.
Your Profile
Experience/Skills
· Do you have broad experience in project management, leading multi-million € initiatives? Are you fluent in Hybrid project methodology (certification preferred)?
· Are you a natural organizer, confidently planning activities with the ability to adjust when issues arise? Do you enjoy rallying the team to deliver the tasks at hand?
· Do you get excited seeing the opportunities new tools bring to an organization and can articulate the benefits to the project team?
· Are you a problem solver, focused on over-coming obstacles, bringin people together to address issues?
· Experience in the Human Resources field and/or with MSF an asset

Languages
· English and French are the working languages of MSF Switzerland. Fluency in both English and French is required for this position (oral and written).
Terms of Employment
· Fixed-term contract: 24 months with possibility to extend.
· 100% (40h/week)
· Based in Geneva
· Ideal starting date: 02.09.2024
· Gross annual salary (for 100%): from CHF 101’172.- to CHF 115’332.- (salary commensurate with equivalent experience and internal salary grid)
· Paid vacation: 25 days per year, prorate temporis, plus any Swiss public holidays falling within the contract period.
· Pension plan: pension contribution covered 3/4 by MSF, 1/4 by staff member.
· Relocation package if moving from a different country to Switzerland.
