IT Service Desk Analyst – Law Firm
Location: Sale, Manchester
Salary in the region of £25,000Our client, a reputable regional law firm, is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic team. • Provide 1st line troubleshooting support for software, hardware, and network-related issues, including Citrix and Windows.
• Accurately log all calls in our Service Desk tool and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Manage the configuration and installation of new hardware and software, such as laptops, desktops, and iPhones.
• Administer Active Directory, including setting up new starters and managing the leavers process.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all support queries and adhere to internal processes.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Microsoft products, including 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Intune.
• Handle escalated tickets, ensuring timely resolution and providing regular feedback to clients.
• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Teams Telephony system.
• Assist in office moves and IT equipment setups across the business.
• Travel to regional sites to provide onsite support.
• Provide assistance to other IT teams on project-related work.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and Active Directory administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to internal processes.
• Willingness to travel to regional sites when required.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony system is desirable.

This role is based from offices in Sale, Manchester and pays a salary in the region of £25,000.
