IT Technical AnalystLeeds/ Hybrid WorkingPermanentThe IT Technical Analyst is responsible for evaluating, understanding, and analysing the technology systems and services, identifying areas for improvement, and analytical support to drive the implementation of IT systems via our delivery towers that meet organisational goals and optimise business processes.The IT Technical Analyst gathers feedback from sources such as PMs, BA’s, Engineers, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Developers to aid in designing and implementing systems along with troubleshoot issues. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating to ensure technical solutions align with requirements set, needing strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• knowledge of IT management practices and certifications (ITIL, Agile, DevOps, SRE).
• Strong technical understanding of areas such as IT infrastructure, databases and data, programming languages, integration layers and relevant software applications.
