The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a highly talented, and energetic self-motivated student with the ability to resolve events, incidents, and support issues, who is a team player, and has the ability to escalate issues to other specialized teams and partners IT Undergraduate Intern.
The Position:
The IT Undergraduate intern will provide support to the IT Regional Officer.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical support to users and computers.
- Technical support for conferences and meetings.
- Africa and Asia Equipment and Services Inventory Update.
- Enlisting staff in AD Self Service system.
- Any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.
Selection Criteria
- Currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Technology, Information systems, Computer science or equivalent in a recognized University in Kenya.
- Knowledge in Windows and Office 365 operating system support.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Support with Windows users and network infrastructure, Office 365 Services, web conferencing
- Good command of English language and communication skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Should have a flexible study schedule.

What are the conditions?
