The outputs of the consultant contributes to the improvement of the eRegulations/Trade Portal systems user experience, offering a much faster data load and a better compatibility with other technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation Program project, under the supervision of the project coordinator, in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will participate in the improvement of the eRegulations/Trade Portal systems. In particular, s/he will participate in rewriting the admin application to newer version of .Net compatible with Linux server. The new admin needs to be split into an Application Programming Interface,API, and Single Page Application, SPA. The consultant will be entrusted with the following tasks:

• prepare structure of the system
• prepare Single Page Application infrastructure in latest version of Angular Framework
• prepare API endpoints related to the Procedures module
• prepare API endpoints related to Database module
• prepare, in collaboration with other experts, the views needed for the Procedures module
• prepare, in collaboration with other experts, the views needed for the Database module

Qualifications/special skills

• Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master) in Information Technology or related field.
• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in IT related field is required. Experience of work with the eRegulations system is desirable. Experience of work with relational databases using LinqToSQL and Entity Framework desirable.

Languages

• Fluency in written and spoken in English is required.
