ITB_ Supply Heavy and Medium Robotic Demining Machines

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-00732:

Requirements are comprised of the following Lots:

·       Lot 1:  Heavy Robotic Demining Machine

·       Lot 2: Medium Robotic Demining Machine

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org  using the profile you may have in the portal. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held 17 May 2024 (10:30am). (Kyiv time) via Teams.

Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, list of attending representatives, and contact information to the following e-mail:

Meeting details Microsoft Teams link will be provided directly to the bidders who express interest to participate by accepting invitation and request by email.

– Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference / Specification / Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the portal.

– Documents should submitted in English language.

ATTENTION: Bids shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such bids shall be disqualified.
