A.   Summary of Requirements   

The Scope of Works for ES01-04, ES02-04, ES03-03, and ES03-04 generally includes, but is not limited to, the following Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, as detailed in the Specifications, Drawings, and Bill of Quantities:The Scope of Works for ES03-03 and ES03-04 generally includes, but is not limited to, the following Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, as detailed in the Specifications, Drawings, and Bill of Quantities:

ES03-03 — Napong Village, Khongsedone District, Salavan Province

Outdoor Works: Landscape, civil works, drainage, electrical distribution, and water supply infrastructure serving the site.

Building A — Evacuation Shelter / Hall (160m²) — Retrofit: The existing structure was built without a roof; the retrofit scope covers installation of the roof structure together with all architectural finishes and electrical systems.

Building B — WC Building (60m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility.

ES03-04 — Namtheng Village, Khongsedone District, Salavan Province

Outdoor Works: Landscape, civil works, drainage, electrical distribution, and water supply infrastructure serving the site.

Building A — Evacuation Shelter Hall (109m²) — Retrofit: Existing structure includes all structural works, brickwork, and doors and windows; retrofit scope covers plastering and electrical works.

Building B — Evacuation Shelter Hall (109m²) — Retrofit: Existing structure and roof frame are complete but roof materials are beyond serviceable life; retrofit scope covers full roof replacement together with all architectural works and electrical systems.

Building C — WC Building (60m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility.

• The pre-bid meeting for bidders will be held on 24 June 2026 at 13:30 am (Lao Time) at the Salavan Labour and Social Welfare Department in Champasack Province.

• The Site Inspection/Visit will be conducted in the afternoon on 24 June 2026 in Napong and Namthaeng village, Kongsedone district, Salavan province right after the pre-bid meeting.

• The deadline for submitting requests for clarifications/questions: 5 days before the scheduled bid submission deadline in the system.
• The deadline for submission is 17 July 2026.
