The Role:

• Full-time, permanent position starting September 2024 (or sooner if possible).
• Teach Psychology at [GCSE or A-Level] level (please specify in your application).
• Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and explore the fascinating world of psychology.
• Develop and deliver a thought-provoking Psychology curriculum that fosters critical thinking skills, self-awareness, and an appreciation for human diversity.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS) with a passion for inspiring young people.
• Experience teaching Psychology at the specified level is preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) as well.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to fostering critical thinking skills, self-awareness, and a growth mindset.
• The ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring sensitive topics related to mental health and well-being.
