They require someone to provide 2nd and 3rd line support to external clients.The Junior Application Support Analyst will deliver a high level of customer service and be able to deliver technical support to non-technical end-user clients.Role Requirements:

• B2B technical client support

• Detailed reporting and solving of unresolved issues via SQL.

• Resolving incidents and service requests

• SQL/MySQL

• Excellent communication skills

• API’s calling with Postman

• Support of our Amazon Web Services (infrastructure) platform

• Problem-solving skills

• Awareness of DNS, AWS, cloud storage, SSLs, SFTP etc.

Desirable skills for role:

• ITIL Foundation Certified (Desirable)

• Knowledge of data security, access controls and user security.

• Relevant IT Degree or commercial experience in a similar role.

• Understanding of release management and testing processes

• Working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint and Azure Dev Ops

• Understanding of AWS

• Knowledge of Linux, PowerShell and Python

The Junior Application Support Analyst role will pay a very competitive basic salary with an additional £250 per week on-call bonus. You will work an on-call week every 3 weeks and on-call hours are 13:30-22:00.The role is based in Daresbury, with 2 days remote working for standard work weeks and fully remote for on call weeks. You will also receive ongoing training and individual support and recognition to enable you to achieve progression goals.The Junior Application Support Analyst role is based in Warrington and is commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Frodsham, North Wales, Wigan, Runcorn.If you are interested in this role click APPLY NOW!!!
