We are a small and dynamic team driven to deliver tailor-made solutions and help our clients make informed business decisions, develop and implement strategies, and appropriately deploy resources – ensuring they always have the tools in hand to succeed. 

Our Brussels office is offering a one-year Junior Associate position for graduate students to support our Europe practice, starting in February 2024

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: 

  • Conducting research on public policy, international, and business issues; 
  • Monitoring regional news outlets; 
  • Providing analysis, writing short reports, briefing materials and memos on various sectors and subjects with a strong focus on energy and climate; 
  • Following policy debates in the European Institutions as well as at Member States level; 
  • Navigating the political landscape pre- and post European elections  
  • Assisting in the coordination and organization of events and delegation visits; 
  • Attending conferences, hearings and seminars, as needed; 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

We are seeking individuals who are: 

  • Accomplished researchers with strong analytical skills; 
  • Excellent writers with a high proficiency in English (fluency in spoken and written English is a must); 
  • Strongly preferred if additionally possess proficiency in other European languages; 
  • Familiar working in an international and multilingual environment; 
  • Passionate about European politics, the energy transition and transatlantic relations; 
  • Interested in European public affairs and familiar with the EU’s decision-making processes; 
  • Attentive to details; 
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality; 
  • Team oriented and able to adapt to new tasks, as needed.
