With a focus on growth and development, the company offers a structured training ladder and long-term career prospects.In this role, you will be responsible for producing designs using Revit, reports and surveys, preparation of technical specifications, pre tender estimates and calculations. The company are known for their training and will consider any applicants with building services experience.This role would suit a Junior Building Services Engineer looking to work on impactful projects, develop their skills further, and progress within a growing business.The Role:

• Producing CAD drawings for building services projects
• Producing reports and tenders
• Office-based role, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours, flexible start between 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM)
• Working on projects in NHS and decarbonisation sectors

The Person:

• Experience in the Building Services industry
• Competent in Revit
• Looking for a long-term career with structured training and development
