JOB SUMMARY:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of CARE’s global supply chain transformation This multifaceted position requires a blend of analytical prowess, communication skills, and a keen understanding of both business and technical requirements.
The primary objectives of this role are to (1) facilitate seamless collaboration between stakeholders, (2) bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and (3) develop detailed testing scenarios to ensure proper alignment of functionality to business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and communicate business requirements for the supply chain transformation initiative, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs. By accurately developing requirements, we can ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions, leading to improved project efficiency and reduced rework.
Project Liaison and Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and extended project teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Effective communication and collaboration are essential for ensuring that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives, and it minimizes misunderstandings and promotes timely decision making.
Testing Support and Quality Assurance
- Develop test scenarios and scripts and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Rigorous testing is crucial for identifying and resolving defects early in the development lifecycle, minimizing project risks and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3 years’ practical experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience working in a global organization, with knowledge of cultural differences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools and experience in creating and executing test scenarios/scripts.
