The Impact You Will Have
You will report directly to the Head of Aviation Claims and work closely with the London-based claims teams. You will perform operational tasks, while being trained on the job to ensure your success in the role.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Handle Aviation claims within authority limits and following our procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver on administrative tasks including data entry and document management.
• Assist with the initial registration of new claims and ensure information is adequately recorded.
• Collaborate within the team to facilitate smooth claims processing.
• Engage with other teams such as Underwriting and Operations, locally and internationally.

• You provide a personalized, transparent, and empathetic response to our clients, thereby enhancing their claims experience and overall satisfaction.
• Your technical claims handling skills are solid. This includes claims evaluation and your ability to use the latest digital technologies.
• You interact with all relevant stakeholders inside and outside our organization.
• You understand relevant industry trends, coverage principles, legal framework, processes, and litigation management.
• Your technology and data analysis skills contribute to continually develop and refine workflows.
• You embrace changes and make the most of them for long-term success.
