We are seeking a Junior Data and Reporting Analyst, Volunteering to join our family. Reporting to the Data And Reporting Analyst, Volunteering and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will manage, maintain and analyse data records for all Volunteering activities across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity and enable data informed decision making.

About our role

You will be responsible for:

  • Importing and exporting data from a range of systems (CONNECT, Zendesk, SharePoint etc.) to build data consistency and ensure clean data records.
  • Preparing data reports and conducting analysis in various data sources to enable informed decision making in all areas of volunteering.
  • Working with the Volunteer Coordination Unit to support their data management and ensuring data accuracy to enable meaningful reporting.
  • Working with the Team Member and Volunteering Squad as a business testing specialist for CONNECT2, create, and maintain test data scenarios and identify data dependencies relevant to test scenarios.
  • Using a high level of knowledge and skills, manage multiple operational tasks, projects, and activities in the volunteering Team in line with The Smith Family goals and objectives.
  • Providing expert advice when contributing within specialist area to special projects and working groups and apply continuous improvement approach to processes to improve the effectiveness of The Smith Family’s programs.
  • Working closely with key team members to ensure policies and legislation are captured and tracked in CONNECT2.
