Junior Electrical EstimatorSandon£25,000About us: We are a fast-growing specialist in connecting businesses to the electricity grid at scale. We are buzzing with opportunity and very much part of the shift to net zero.Your Responsibilities:

• Working with the Estimator & Senior Electrical Estimator to support on the delivery on high-quality estimates and tenders.
• Evaluation of tender enquiry documentation received from clients and ensure all relevant/correct information has been provided.
• Reviewing tender information received and outlining scope in order for the scheme to be accurately tendered.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients as well as developing new relationships.
• Attending Pre-Construction meetings with Operations & Project Management team when bids are successful and PO’s issued.
• Requesting asset values from our IDNO partners in relation to the scope of the project.
• Measuring designs using either PDF or google maps to ensuring accurate take offs are recorded.
• Ensuring internal tendering trackers are kept up to date.
• Check client feedback from tenders that are on-going and completed.
• Set up new projects on our Sharepoint.

Qualifications and skills:

• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
• Diplomatic and helpful attitude to all manner of challenges and problem solving.
• Team player.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Pro-active and self-motivated individual who is looking to develop your skills and progress your career within this industry.
• Electrical/Engineering/Construction/Project Management qualifications would be advantageous.
