Junior Operations Manager – Up to £55k – LondonWe are partnered with a true foodie, growing Contract Caterer in the London market who are looking to add a Junior Operations Manager to their team as the next phase of growth. We are looking for a talented, food centric GM or operator who is looking to take the next step in their career and isn’t afraid to jump into a growing business where you will be involved in all aspects of the operation. This role doesn’t come to market often!About the position:The client operates some fantastic B&I contracts across London, with more contracts mobilising in 2025. The role would suit a talented GM from a varied hospitality background, looking to take their next step within the world of B&I Contract Catering. It is not essential that you are the finished article in all aspects of Contract Catering Operations, in fact it would be beneficial if you have a good amount of learning to do and are willing to take the time absorb everything and grow with the company.Day to day will vary depending on business needs, you will be site based mobilising a new contract one week, involved in sales tenders the next, all while spending time coaching and developing your site based teams. There is a wealth of knowledge in the senior leadership team and the Junior Operations Manager will benefit from the coaching and development on offer.Ideal Junior Operations Manager:

• Multisite experience is preferable, London B&I Contract Catering experience is essential
• Willing to learn and grow in a company with an exciting future
• Passion for food and customer service
• Excellent business acumen
• Motivator of staff with excellent client relationships
• Excellent management skills
• IT literate
• Looking for bags of personality and charisma
• Innovative & creative in your approach
• Invested in the industry and happy to be an ambassador for my client at all stages
