As the Junior Project Manager you will:

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for solar projects, taking into account factors such as infrastructure, environmental impact, legal and regulatory requirements, and financial feasibility.
• Support the project development process, from land acquisition and permits to stakeholder engagement and project completion.

• Provide detailed project plans, track key milestones, and adjust schedules as needed to mitigate risks and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support all project aspects including, legal negotiations, and operational strategies, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain client relationships, keeping them updated with project developments.
• Attend prospective client teams to support sales team presentations.

Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:

• Previous project management experience
• An understanding of permitting, land acquisition and legal requirements.
• Previous experience with engineering, preferably solar (desirable)

Personal skillsThe Junior Project Manager role would suit someone who is:

• Excellent attention to detail, and organisational skills
• Critical thinker, with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
