A.SPIRE is a European Association and a private partner implementing the Processes4Planet co-programmed partnership launched as part of the Horizon Europe framework programme.
YOUR ROLE
Lead the bi-annual reporting to capture the progress of projects, identify success stories and elaborate a gap analysis.
Support A.SPIRE’s Portfolio Team and the organisation of the P4Planet Impact Panel.
Keep fluent communication with project coordinators and maintain a record of projects’ outputs.
Support A.SPIRE members to increase their participation and success rate in P4Planet topics.
Identification of bottom-up proposals.
Ensure timely and efficient fulfilment of tasks owned by A.SPIRE in the EU-funded projects.
Establish and maintain an internal tracking system for the team’s time dedication and budget.
Lead the content development and strategic direction of co-coordinated projects.
Lead administrative tasks of projects and proposals, identify new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
University degree in business administration, political science, international relations, or similar. A degree in engineering or other related technical area would be a great asset.
You must have the right to work in Belgium.
Knowledge of A.SPIRE/P4Planet environment and climate policy context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Excel.
Experience in project management.
Capacity to analyse data and translate policy and industrial context for non-experts’ audiences.
Proactive, able to prioritise and retro-plan.
Strong problem-solving skills with a capacity to make informed decisions.
A sense of diplomacy and community.
Available to travel for events and ad-hoc meetings in Europe.
