**An excellent opportunity for a service engineer to join a leading manufacturer of medical imaging equipment and gain training on medical X-Ray, CT and MRI systems**The Role – Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray SystemsYou will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with technical assistance via phone and email on faults with medical imaging systems
• Performing remote trouble shooting and determining the most effective resolution for issues
• Guiding customers through the problem solving process
• Escalating unresolved issues to field service engineers

Your Background – Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray SystemsTo apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Qualification in electronics or another relevant technical discipline
• Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer environments
• Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
• Full UK driving licence
