The project involved the construction of a modern catering facility at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH). The construction phase is now complete therefore the hospital requires equipping the catering facility to make it fully operational. The equipping of the catering facility will involve procuring kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, cooking utensils, serving dishes, and other necessary items to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Additionally, training will be provided to hospital staff on how to operate the equipment efficiently and maintain proper hygiene standards in the kitchen.
