KOHRW has contributed to various humanitarian services and development programs in Kurdistan region and Iraq, ranging from agriculture, shelter construction, water, sanitation and hygiene for displaced persons to protection, human rights promotion, peace-building, social cohesion, election preparation, civil society, and NGO capacity building. and democratic initiatives.

Procurement Subject: Long Term Agreement (LTA)

Invitation to participate in the Tender:

Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Watch (KOHRW) announces a tender for Long Term Agreement (LTA).

The organization invites qualified Suppliers and service provider companies, who are registered with the governments of Iraq and KRG, on:

  1- Invitation to bid for providing of stationary items and printing works for two years contract and can be extended (Long Term Agreement)

  2- Invitation to bid for providing of Hospitality management services ( Hotel reservations, Hall reservation, Restaurants … etc.)for two years contract and can be extended (Long Term Agreement)

Tender Specification:

Both LTA will be to ten governorates as below:

• 1. Nineveh Governorate.
  2. Anbar Governorate.
  3. Salah al-Din Governorate.
  4. Kirkuk Governorate.
  5. Diyala Governorate.
  6. Baghdad Governorate.
  7. Basra Governorate.
  8. Sulaymaniyah Governorate.
  9. Dohuk Governorate.
  10. Erbil Governorate.

Note: Any offer that is missing one of the above governorates will not be accepted, so the offer should include all the above governorates.

How to apply:

BOQs and all documents (financial offer and a technical offer) will be sent to Email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Deadline is Sunday 09-09-2024 at 4:30 pm

• Please write the tender number in the email subject field.

The applicant is required to:

1- Submit offers in IQD Iraqi Dinar and this price is for two Years it cannot be change except in the case of Cairo circumstances and it will be by written approval from KOHRW.

2- Submit the tender via the email above.

3- The applicant must submit a signed and stamped bid.

4- Applicants must sign and stamp code of conduct attached to the tender papers

5- Attachments:

    – Certificate of company establishment (licensed by the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government).

    –  Previous Experiences / Company profile.

     – Valid ID of the company’s director.

Important Note:

• KOHRW has the right to accept or reject any tender unless the documents are not complete.
• Any tender sent after the deadline above will not be acceptable.
• Submitted bids will be rejected in any other way than the mentioned in the tender documents above.
