Your Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the maintenance, upgrades, and strategic enhancements to the Kronos time and attendance system. As a key player, you’ll be responsible for maintaining seamless system workflows, safeguarding data integrity, and providing invaluable support in the seamless roll-out of Kronos to new users. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Kronos Dimensions, manage and maintain the system including workflows and data integrity
  • Oversee Kronos system upgrades and enhancements in partnership with IT and other enabling functions
  • Socialise Kronos improvements with stakeholders, seeking feedback prior to implementing changes
  • Manage system testing and prepare documentation for approval by the IT Change Advisory Board
  • Establish and maintain pay rules within Kronos in alignment with Awards and Agreements
  • Resolve Kronos user tickets and escalations in consultation with IT and the vendor
  • Active participation in monthly Kronos User Group sessions, providing technical expertise to enhance user experience and system adoption
  • Manage end-user access, including regularly reviewing security structures and profile groups

Requirements for Success

  • Strong Kronos systems background, ideally having worked on complex systems projects implementing Kronos Workforce Central or Kronos Workforce Dimensions
  • Ability to design and configure pay rules in Kronos aligned to Enterprise Agreements/Awards
  • Demonstrated experience designing, simplifying, and streamlining time and attendance processes to improve employee experience
  • HR data analysis and experience with reporting tools i.e., Excel (including macros), SQL
  • Agility to move from in depth systems work, to understanding operational requirements and engaging stakeholders in change initiatives
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills are a must!
