Position Description:
Lab Assistant to work with the PI and an undergraduate to explore Down Syndrome. The lab assistant will help characterize phenotypes of Down Syndrome cells in culture. The candidate must have experience in neural progenitor cell biology and must have experience in tissue culture, small molecule treatment, and phenotypying (immunostaining, morphological assessment, western blotting) normal versus disease neurons.
