We’re looking for an experienced Labourer join our busy Greatwell Works team to carry out labouring works in support of the Multi Skilled Operatives.Does that sound like you? If so, keep reading about this exciting opportunity.What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with Multi skilled operatives of various trades with all types of work where assistance is required
  • Undertake a wide range of duties including assisting with ground works, fencing, brick/blockwork, plumbing/drainage, decorating, window/door renewals, roofing, property clearance and associated void works when required. Supporting the Estates service team when required.
  • To load and unload all debris/materials required from or to stores, site or place of disposal.

About you:

  • Experienced in a general Labourer role working within occupied/unoccupied homes
  • Experienced in minor maintenance/trades support within residential homes.
  • Experience in the safe operation of commercial electrical and mechanical maintenance equipment.
  • Experience of working in a labourer role including Fencing, Ground Work and Drainage
