Our ideal candidate will help us strengthen communities and the health of our land by:    

• Managing the acquisition and transfer of all properties that VLT owns;
• Collaborating internally and externally to advance land conservation and restoration goals; and
• Engaging and building relationships to expand who participates in and benefits from VLT programming.

The annual starting salary is $67,200, plus a generous benefits package to cover the cost of health insurance. We also provide 6 weeks of time off plus sick time, a 403(b) retirement plan with match, flexible, and hybrid work schedules.
