The Land Conservation Assistant specific duties will include: communicating with land-owners and job contractors, project task and financial tracking, project research and due diligence review, basline site visit support, GIS data and database management and recordkeeping.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in natural resource management, environmental studies or a related field with at least one year of relatd or transferable experience. Experience working with landowners. Strong GIS experience. Valid driver’s license with reliable personal transportation. Outstanding verbal and written communication.
The Land Conservation Assistant will report to the Director of Land Conservation and will work out of ESLC’s downtown Easton, Maryland office. This is a full-time position offering a salary range between $40-45,000 based on experience.
