Salary: $4,299.00 – $5,783.00 Monthly

Responsibilities:

  • Support the intake, review, and processing of new lease proposals, amendments, and renewals.
  • Monitor leases for compliance with terms, rent schedules, and insurance requirements.
  • Assist with rent calculations, CPI/PPI adjustments, and financial reviews.
  • Participate in lease audits to verify use and payments.
  • Maintain accurate lease records in agency systems (NaturE, LAMS).
  • Coordinate with staff, fiscal teams, and legal to align lease administration.
  • Identify and help resolve discrepancies in payments or lease terms.
  • Respond to lessee and public inquiries with clear, solution-focused communication.
  • Apply agency policies and legal standards to lease management.
  • Support process improvements and data integrity efforts.

Required Qualifications: 

  • An associate’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Land Management, or a related field, AND three (3) years of experience in leasing, land management, financial analysis, or related areas;
    OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Knowledgeable in leasing processes with the ability to act as a key representative of the Department, ensuring transparency, maintaining agency standards, and effectively managing partners’ communications throughout negotiations and agreements.
  • Knowledgeable in financial management principles, including budgeting, rent calculations, financial reporting, and contract administration, with the ability to apply these skills to effectively perform the duties of the position.
