Title of consultancy: Technical Consultant to Advise on the Accreditation of National Laboratories
Project Title: Lebanon Financing Facility (LFF) – Beirut Critical Environment Recovery, Restoration, and Waste Management Program
Period of assignment/services: 120 working days spread over a period of 12 months.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The amount of Financial Offer MUST not be mentioned anywhere in the submitted documents or eTendering system except the line item tab. The Financial Proposal MUST be password protected and the password will be requested later as per the IC requirements.  Failure in compliance with the mentioned conditions shall result in rejection of the offer.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry. 

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
