• Standards Compliance: Ensure reliability and regulatory adherence by applying expertise in DO160 and DO254 standards.
• Electronics Design: Specialise in analogue and/or power electronics, creating high-performance solutions for complex aerospace applications.
• End-to-End Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of design and development, from initial concept to production.
• Product Leadership: Lead New Product Development initiatives, inspiring your team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

About YouWe are seeking a motivated leader with:

• Proven experience in electronics engineering, ideally within aerospace or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of DO160 and DO254 standards.
