This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Land Management team in the West of
Gloucestershire. You will be accountable for the management and improvement of over 30 of our
amazing nature reserves.
We are looking for a proactive manager, willing to both champion best practice and develop new
and innovative ways of working to help the Trust deliver, bigger, better and more connected
landscapes so we can achieve nature’s recovery. You will be responsible for sites covering over
650ha of SSSI and SAC habitats, including renowned and iconic sites such Combe Hill, Ashleworth
Ham and Lancaut Woods. Working beyond our site boundaries is key to delivering natures recovery
at scale in Gloucestershire and your ability to develop relationships with other land managers,
outside of our protected site network, and to develop partnership projects is crucial. We want
to hear from ambitious and determined habitat managers wanting to make a significance
difference to wildlife in Gloucestershire.
