If you are excited about joining us and think you have some of what we are looking for, even if you’re not 100% sure we would love to hear from you.Job Details:Lead discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop optimised solutions for pricing implementations, enhancing performance and efficiency while gaining a deep understanding of the business requirements.Drive the adoption of new techniques, including innovative coding methods and pricing structures, into production and daily operations by breaking down barriers to adoption.Develop and maintain pricing algorithms using expert-level Python coding skills to meet the strategic goals of the company and manage complex implementations.Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and report progress.Lead and mentor pricing engineers, establishing a Centre of Excellence to provide technical support and training on pricing implementation and coding best practices.Ensure the recruitment of top talent by actively participating in the hiring process, conducting effective one-on-one meetings to provide support and guidance, and fostering an environment where team members thrive and reach their full potential.Skills we would love you to have:Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.Expert-level proficiency in Python for developing complex pricing algorithms.Experience with rating engine tools, SQL and data visualization techniques.Experience working in an Agile environment utilising methodologies such as; Scrum/Kanban/BDD/TDD/Extreme ProgrammingExperience in seamlessly implementing complex projects while effectively managing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.Proven leadership skills with the ability to create and nurture a high-performing team.What we offer:Join us and you’ll find a different way of doing things.
