Pipeline services, Mechanical, chemical, or gel technology cleaning allow us to match your pipeline conditions and remove debris with minimized downtime, reduce the environmental impact of evacuating gas from a pipeline system, so our clean-burn mobile flaring services and temporary gas transfer packages provides an environmentally friendly solution. Others services offered are, hydro-testing Water injection and enhanced oil recovery, and decommissioning services We can package these services together to manage the entire pre-commissioning process. This optimizes the utilization of people and equipment, reducing overall cost, decreasing time to system start-up. For plant turnaround, our services minimize outage time while improving plant efficiency.Partner with the bestThis position reports to the PPS UK/Norway Sale Manager and will be based in Aberdeen.This role will require travel across the UK and the attendance of calls / meetings outside normal hours.The Lead Sales Specialist will own his clientele, develop new business opportunities and be responsible for:Developing Sales in its area of responsibilityDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships and networks with customers.Introducing BHI new technology in the UK market as directed by the Sales MangerSupporting major tenderLiaising with key account managersAs the Lead Sales Specialist, your key responsibilities will be :Ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE and emergency procedure.Promoting and sell the company’s process and pipeline services to existing and new market sectors utilising existing equipment and resources.Establishing and maintaining professional client relationships before, during and after contract award.Generating and supervising the handling of technical and commercial enquiries, tenders and contracts in accordance with the QA system and PPS tender database.Clearly and concisely hand over successful proposals to the operations group.Preparing and reviewing quarterly revenue forecasts with the UK sale managerPreparing sales plans to identify specific sales and business development goals, objectives and targets in accordance with area and base specific business development strategies.Coordinating with other bases, departments etc, to optimize efforts and minimise costs.Responsible for implementing and tracking sales plan objectives and updating the sales planClose liaison and day to day communications with operations groupPromoting Company technical and commercial image by preparing and carrying out presentationsTraveling to business opportunities and meetings as and when they ariseCarrying out promotion, marketing and sales for strategically important contracts to generate superior profit to meet or exceed budget.Hold full responsibility for generating enquiries, securing and maintaining contracts, submitting tenders and managing purchase orders.Remain up to date on new developments and technologies within the industry.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Operational / sales experience in PPS Services requiredEffective interpersonal skills with a ‘can do’ approach.Sound commercial understanding and effective negotiating skills, with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities.Strong relationships with a variety of customersThorough technical understanding of Process and Pipeline Services and Technologies.Excellent written and oral communication skillsGood personal discipline, planning and organisational skills.Flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment.Willing to travelMust have full UK drivers licenceRecognised Engineering/Technical qualification would be advantageous.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
