Leadership and Coaching Training for mid-level Managers

DCA is one of the largest and oldest humanitarian organizations in Denmark, working both with long-term development projects and humanitarian action since 1922. **LOT SER 1 – STAFF TRAINING SERVICES-**Supply of Consultancy Services for development and delivery of Leadership and Coaching Training for DanChurchAid (DCA) mid-level Managers.

This leadership and coaching technique course is aimed at developing individuals’ talents, mindsets, and competencies so that DCA managers can manage their teams effectively to deliver results, as well as to develop coaching mindsets.

DCA Kenya invites qualified companies for these services to respond to this advertisement. Consulting firms/companies who will respond to this advertisement and provide the required information may be invited to participate in the Procurement Procedure for this lot.

Specific objectives:

Provide a tailored training in leadership and coaching techniques. The content includes, but is not limited to:

• Basic concepts of coaching.
• Basics of the leadership concept and practical exercises on how to coach teams.
• Basic concepts of result-based management and result-based performance management.

The interested companies shall provide the following information to the Contracting Authority using the contact details below:

• Company profile inclusive of a brief background of the company’s main line of work, physical address and contact details.
• Statutory documents of the company (certificate of registration/incorporation, KRA Pin and CR12).
• A brief summary of the skills and experience of the proposed lead consultant and the consultant(s) proposed for the assignment showing relevant previous assignments. NGO experience in providing leadership, including coaching techniques will be highly considered. (Maximum 2 pages.)
• Professional certification (of the company or team leader) with a leadership and/or coaching specialty by recognized companies/professional bodies.
• At least two reference/recommendation letters as evidence of experience in this line of work.
