We are looking for an organised and customer-focussed Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Administrator to provide a dedicated admin service to the L&OD team and to colleagues across the university.
The L&OD team is part of the People Strategy team within our Human Resources department. You will be our first point of contact, ensuring our L&OD service to colleagues is approachable and proactive and helping us to deliver our People Plan ambition to provide supportive, accessible development to all. It’s an exciting time to be joining our team as we expand our learning and development offer across the University!

Our Human Resources Directorate is the University’s people team. They manage everything to do with the employment journey from recruitment, onboarding and induction, people policies, right through to development, wellbeing, reward and benefits, and change management. They lead on shaping the overall colleague experience – ensuring an inclusive workplace with a sense of belonging, where colleagues are valued and supported to be their best.

This is a permanent role, part-time for 29 hours per week over 5 days (above salary is the full time equivalent and will be pro rata for 29hours). There will be a 2 stage screening process and interviews will be held during week commencing 5th February.
