AnglicareSA is one of SA’s largest social services providers, with services spanning aged care, disability & wellness, housing & homelessness, and community services.
Learning and development has been identified as a key strategic priority across the organisation. As a result, L&D is now becoming a separate function outside of general HR, with management and leadership development training being a key priority for this function.
We are looking for an experienced L&D Partner to join our team and support capability building across AnglicareSA, enabling our people to continue to change lives across SA.
Key priorities
- Develop, facilitate, and implement effective and engaging learning solutions to achieve desired training outcomes
- Deliver L&D initiatives to build strategic capabilities for frontline leadership and continuous improvement
- Develop an annual L&D calendar and support the compliance training process
- Maintain the learning management system
- Manage all aspects of L&D partnering administration requirements such as onboarding requirements for new starters, mandatory training, and follow up activities
What the role requires
- Tertiary qualification in HR/Business or other relevant area
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs
- Strong coaching/mentoring and facilitation skills
- HR generalist experience or understanding of HR principles, including working knowledge of the Fair Work legislation
- Experience in learning management system administration (ELMO desirable)
- 2x doses of a COVID19 vaccination and current (or willingness to obtain) flu vaccination due to the nature of our services
