About the role:

Working closely with the Learning Services Lead, this role is responsible for administration of BaptistCare’s Learning Management System (LMS), creating new training activities, assigning training to staff, resolving system issues, contributing in LMS reviews, and supporting the ongoing maintenance of the system.

This exciting opportunity will see you leverage your LMS expertise and working knowledge to provide customer-focused user support, and optimisation of the functionality, content curation, projects, and other training activities.

This role plays an important part in providing high quality learning opportunities and training that empowers staff and volunteers with the skills and knowledge that fulfils our purpose of transforming lives and empowering others while responding effectively through change and growth.

About you:

To be considered, you will have:

  • System administration experience with an LMS or experience with eLearning tools
  • Service Desk or customer service experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
  • Ability to work effectively and independently within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and ability to promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and deliver eLearning solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and be a strong team player
  • Aged Care and/or NFP experience – desirable
  • A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s mission, purpose and values.
