Alumni Affairs and Development (AA&D)
Alumni Affairs and Development is a dedicated team supporting Harvard’s advancement activity through front-line fundraising, alumni and volunteer engagement, technology, prospect management and research, business process, events, communications, and many other areas.
AA&D Resources
AA&D Resources encompasses teams that support all units across AA&D plus all schools and units across the University. AA&D Resources includes Technology and Support Services, Business Process and Operations, Alumni and Development Services (ADS), Administration and Finance, Events, Communications Creative Services, Research and Prospect Management, Human Resources, and the AA&D Talent Program.
This role is primarily responsible for administering AA&D’s learning management system, the Harvard Training Portal (HTP), to advance continuous learning of the Alumni Affairs & Development (AA&D) office, and its many institution-wide stakeholders. As a member of the Talent Management team within AA&D, this position oversees the creation of courses within the HTP, distribution of course materials, allocation of credit for attendance, and reporting from the HTP portal. They will also actively administer the course calendar for AA&D Talent Management, monitor schedule conflicts, and maintain Talent Management’s calendar on The Source (AA&D’s intranet resource).
While not an exhaustive list, the target audiences served by this role include: the central AA&D team, University-wide AA&D colleagues, and University-wide AA&D application users.

Work Format Details
This position is eligible for 100% remote work. Employees may work from any of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
