We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and talented educator to join our team at
London Wetland Centre, a world-renowned nature reserve with a busy and popular schools
programme.

The role includes delivering curriculum linked sessions as well as the innovative new
Generation Wild programme which enables children from disadvantaged communities to connect with
nature. We also offer a varied programme of activities and events for families during weekends
and school holidays.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, creative educator with experience of teaching outside
the classroom and a passion for nature.

Work pattern: 37.5 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 including some weekends and bank holidays

We are WWT, the charity for wetlands and wildlife. We conserve, restore and create wetlands. We
are pioneers in saving wetland wildlife, both in the UK and around the world. Key to this is
connecting people with wetlands and their wildlife. Our 10 UK sites share the beauty and wonder
of wetlands with around a million visitors per year. This includes 40,000 young people who
visit through our learning programme.
