Candidates must hold a doctorate in psychology and have a scientific record consistent with the specified scientific field and the job description for which they are applying, respectively with the research specialization provided in the competition announcement.
In order to fill a position with a didactic load in a foreign language, the candidate must provide proof of mastery of the respective language through documents submitted to the file (proof of language certification in the language of instruction at European level C1 or certificates certifying studies or internships in the respective country/language for a duration accumulated for at least 9 months).

Specific Requirements
Activities to carry out:
Course and seminar activities, coordination of students projects, practical and laboratory works (including their preparation).
Tutoring, for all forms of education, guiding and counseling students for the completion of their bachelor’s/dissertation or research projects and their own publications.
The development of textbooks, guidance, collections of problems and tests and other didactic materials.
Scientific research activities: publication of articles, studies, monographs, specialized books, reports, applying for research grants, etc.
To carry out all the didactic, research and administrative & civic activities assumed in the individual career plan.

Selection process
The competition consists of:
1. evaluation of the candidate file (75%)
2. lecture/ oral test (25%)
The candidate’s file presenting his professional achievements counts for 75%, and the support of the public lecture has a weight of 25% of the final grade proposed by the individual evaluation report drawn up by each member of the competition committee.
In the evaluation of the scientific activity, the quality of the publications will be taken into account in relation to the requirements provided in the norm
didactic or research.
The oral test consists of supporting a topic from a course. The commission establishes, based on the competition theme and bibliography, the theme of the presentation of the oral test and communicates it to the candidates 48 hours before the test by e-mail and by posting it on the faculty’s website, with the date and time of posting, under the signature of the committee president of competition). The minimum duration of the oral test/lecture given by the candidate is 30 minutes; the test must also contain a session of questions from the commission and/or the public;
