About the role:Please note we don’t have a fixed closing date but instead will close the role when we have sufficient applicants to interview so apply soon to not miss out!The RoleA experienced lecturer in Plumbing (with experience of teaching Apprenticeships)is required to assist with the effective planning and organisation of Plumbing and teach on a range of L2 and Apprenticeshiprelated courses with students of varying abilities teaching across a range of levels and awarding bodies, including Level 2 and apprenticeship courses as well as working with C&G awarding bodies. They should be willing to assist the Curriculum Manager with the curriculum development and the expansion and development of the department as well as the promotion of and other courses in the plumbing curriculum areas and participate in marketing events as required.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching and or relevant industry experience. They will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy and be a qualified FE teacher or be willing to work towards this.They would have the ability to articulate clearly and to be understood in teaching and making presentations to class groups and have efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping.About YouAbout UsThe CollegeLondon South East Colleges is a successful and innovative College operating with sites across Bromley, Bexley, Orpington, Greenwich and Lambeth.
