About the Positions
The School of Management with the College of Business and Law is looking to recruit a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer with PhD in Management or a related discipline, with research and teaching expertise in the discipline of Strategic Management, Organisational Theory and Business Ethics.

Academic Level B salary range $105,548 – $125,341 + 17% Superannuation

Position Description – Lecturer, Management and Leadership

The Lecturer will be required to teach and conduct classes and assist in the academic and administrative, consultative and coordination tasks involved with these courses. Functions associated with the position include presentation of lectures and tutorials, assessment of students and course administration in line with the University’s quality assurance requirements. The Lecturer is also required to undertake research activities in line with the University’s research strategy. It is expected that the Lecturer will work under support and guidance to develop expertise in teaching and research with an increasing degree of autonomy.

Academic Level C salary range $129,297 – $149,093 + 17% Superannuation

Position Description – Senior Lecturer, Management and Leadership

The Senior Lecturer will contribute to the teaching and research efforts of the School in management and leadership discipline. The incumbent is to make a significant contribution to the delivery of programs and to be actively involved in research, consulting and other professional activities. The Senior Lecturer will develop, engage in and lead high quality research projects that are aligned with the University’s research focus areas to achieve success in attracting research funding and to produce high quality outputs. The Senior Lecturer will have an important research leadership role in embedding their research expertise into the life of the School and will be required to develop high-quality, productivity-driven networks across RMIT and with local, national and global, internal and external partners. The Senior Lecturer may have responsibility for program management.
